You you use a 32-bit binary for 5? Its a real pain to do that part on 64-bit windows(maybe add a linux binary, it most be even worse for them)?

I have completed the step # 1 and stuck with step # 2 (again..lol). I used a tool and reviewed the code. I received the same user id and password - see edited version below.
